- Cooking time: 5 Minutes
- Portions: 2 pieces
- Cuisine: Italian
Ingredients
- 1 zucchini
- 8 slices Speck
- 2.1 oz smoked provola cheese
Preparation
For the recipe, I used only 8 slices of zucchini.
You can get more from one zucchini, so increase the other ingredients if you want to use it all.
Cut 8 slices of zucchini using a peeler, so they are very thin.
Lay the slices on a surface, fill them with speck slices and a piece of provola cheese.
Roll them up and arrange 4 rolls on each skewer.
Preheat the oven grill to 392°F
Place the skewers on a baking sheet lined with paper, oil them, and sprinkle with some breadcrumbs.
Bake and cook for a few minutes, until they are golden, the skewers are ready to enjoy.
Bon appétit
