- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup water
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 1/2 oz zucchini
- 3 oz tuna
- 3 oz mozzarella cheese
Steps
Pour the flour with water and oil in a bowl and work the dough; move to the floured surface, knead a bit to make it smooth and homogeneous, and divide it into two parts.
