Ingredients
- 5.3 oz zucchini
- 2.8 oz mozzarella
- 10.6 oz canned tomatoes
Steps
Cook the tomatoes with a drizzle of oil in a large pan over low heat.
Trim the ends of the zucchinis or use a large one weighing about 5.3 oz, slice it with a peeler, then cut the mozzarella into slices matching the width of the zucchini slices.
