Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz zucchini
  • 2.1 oz ham (raw or cooked)
  • 2.1 oz provolone

Steps

  • Cut the zucchini using a peeler or a knife, but they will be thicker and thus need boiling.

  • Stuff with ham cut into strips and provolone, roll them, and place the rolls on the skewers.

  • Place the skewers on the oven tray, brush them with oil, and sprinkle with coarse breadcrumbs.

  • Bake in the hot oven at 350°F for 10 minutes.
