In this case I decided to prepare a recipe I often make at work, based on ricotta, b&#xE9;chamel and smoked salmon. A simple yet indulgent recipe. For this version I used my b&#xE9;chamel &#x2014; you can find the link in the ingredients and descriptions if you want to make it from scratch. Below I leave other ideas for creating interesting and special crepes, while at the end of the recipe with step-by-step photos I answer the most common questions about this type of dish.
