A few days ago, while browsing Facebook among various sponsored posts, the algorithm showed me a dessert called the "Lindt soft tart." I won't deny that curiosity and my constant search for delicious sweets pushed me to read the recipe, discovering that this dessert is trending online and that the "Lindt soft tart" is basically a chocolate dessert filled with a ganache made with the famous Lindt milk pralines. The recipe impressed me, but not having the pralines at home I adapted it a bit to my taste, fully personalizing it and adding a little extra at the end: chopped hazelnuts. I won't tell you what a delight came out in the end: the velvety, silky ganache, the crunchy contrast from the hazelnuts and the fantastic base &#x2014; a texture between brownies and a chocolate cake &#x2014; won everyone over!
