Actually... delicious doesn't do it justice because it's out of this world! Even the color is a spectacle. Not to mention how soft it is. I'll just say that half of it disappeared as soon as I finished taking the photos. We ate it just like that... plain. The other half was gone by dinner. In short, a recipe I can't recommend enough.
