Nature is blooming in all its splendor &#x2014; wonderful to go for a walk and gather the season's produce. A simple, hearty salad of flowers and vegetables, colorful and tasty. For this salad I used raperonzoli. Here in Veneto we call them rampussoli and they are very prized. They take me back to childhood when my father would find them at the market and bring home this little salad with a rooty green similar to lamb's lettuce. The raperonzolo is little known, but it still has many admirers.</description></oembed>
