After not even a minute I had read the recipe and written to her for the final clarifications. The result??? Needless to say, spectacular!!!! They are very easy to make, and that comes from someone who has never tried meringues and the like for fear of the result \u2014 they leave an intoxicating aroma in the house and are irresistible!!!! I have to blame my friend for one thing\u2026 because of her I will gain at least a kilo since I can't stop making them!!!!! After trying almost all her variations, for my personal taste I preferred the ones made with toasted hazelnuts enriched by a partial coating of dark chocolate.
