- Difficulty: Very easy

- Rest time: 2 Hours
- Preparation time: 15 Minutes
- Portions: 1
- Cooking methods: No cooking
- Cuisine: Italian
- Seasonality: Summer, All seasons
Ingredients
- 7 oz yogurt (creamy plain with kefir)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp sweetener
- as needed berries (to taste)
- as needed chocolate chips (optional)
- 7 oz soy milk
Tools
- 1 Cup
- 1 Teaspoon
- 1 Chopping board
- 1 Knife
- 1 Dishcloth
Steps
To make the Chia pudding with berries and kefir yogurt, in the chosen cup or bowl, combine the milk with the chia seeds and the sweetener, and mix very well.
Let it rest for at least one hour.
Meanwhile, wash, dry, and cut the chosen fruit.
I opted for strawberries and blueberries.
I then sliced the strawberries and arranged them on the first layer of the chia pudding, poured and leveled half of the yogurt, and added some of the blueberries.
Again, then cover, doing as I did, the blueberries with the remaining yogurt part, and then garnish as desired using chocolate chips if you prefer.
Store in the refrigerator covered for at least another hour or up to 24 hours.
