Turmeric Chicken Fillets in Air Fryer

Chicken Fillets with turmeric in the air fryer, quick to make, very flavorful, and succulent.

Also perfect for baking in the oven.

From the discovery of the air fryer, which was gifted to me, to its use, a few weeks passed.

At first, it didn’t fully convince me and for many recipes, I don’t think I will use it, said or, better, written frankly.

A bit, I didn’t feel capable of appreciating its functions.

Then slowly, as with everything, I started using it and, believe me when I say that many recipes, even and especially outside the blog, I now cook only with the fryer.

Below, I leave you some ideas for cooking chicken in different ways.

Ingredients

  • 1.3 lbs chicken breast
  • 1.8 oz red onion
  • 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsps breadcrumbs
  • to taste fine salt
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric

Tools

  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Air fryer parchment paper
  • 1 Air fryer

Steps

  • To make Turmeric Chicken Fillets in Air Fryer, cut the chicken breast into fillets and the peeled red onion into 1/4 inch rings.
    In a bowl, mix the chicken with the onions, breadcrumbs, oil, and salt.
    Add the turmeric and mix very well until all the ingredients are incorporated.
    Pour into the air fryer basket lined with the appropriate parchment paper and distribute the ingredients well for even cooking.
    Cook at 350°F for 18-20 minutes, turning the fillets halfway through cooking.
