Sport Bread (France)

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup rye flour
  • 1 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 oz almonds
  • 4 oz dried apricots (or dried figs)
  • 1 tablespoon mixed seeds
  • 1/2 oz instant yeast for savory preparations
  • as needed ground cinnamon (optional)

Steps

  • Mix all the ingredients and transfer to a bread pan.

    Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F for 45 minutes.

I paired it with mixed berry jam also sugar-free.
