Cold Porridge with Kefir and Blueberries

Porridge with kefir and blueberries, a delicious and different breakfast with dark chocolate topping.

I personally used leftover Easter egg chocolate, but you can use whatever you prefer, even blocks.

I’m not a big fan of some types of porridge, but in this case, I found a good compromise by using kefir yogurt.

What is kefir?

Kefir or chefir is a drink rich in probiotics obtained from the fermentation of milk, making it extremely digestible. In this recipe, we need it in the form of firm plain yogurt.

What is porridge, then?

It’s basically an oatmeal soup or mush, and it can be consumed hot or cold. This type of recipe can be enjoyed regularly, not just for breakfast but also as a snack, even 3-4 times a week.

In a balanced diet, it can be alternated with other foods.

Here below, I leave my ideas for making hot or cold porridge.

Spread it as a topping on the porridge and let it set in the fridge for about an hour and a half before enjoying.
