They have yellow, edible skin perfect for cooking, and inside, their flesh is white.

Ingredients
- 4 potatoes (round, not very large)
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika (level)

Steps
To make Round Potatoes with Sweet Paprika, first wash the potatoes very well under cold running water, removing all impurities.
To reach even the hardest-to-clean spots, you can help yourself with a brush, obviously to be used only for these tasks.
Dry them well.
In a bowl, mix the oil with the salt and sweet paprika, and mix very well.
Cut the potatoes in half and score them with a small knife on the cut side.
Dip them in the seasoned oil and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper on the cut side.
With the remaining oil, I decided to season the skin to make the potatoes even tastier.
Bake in a preheated fan oven at 392°F for 20 minutes.
Check the cooking by piercing the potato with a fork.
If it goes in easily, the side dish is ready.
Wait a few minutes for them to cool slightly before serving.
