Pork loin chop with corn flakes, a delicious recipe inspired by my daughter who had been asking me to make some special chops for a long time.
Chops, as we know, are liked by almost everyone and are very simple to make.
They can be made in many different ways and with many types of meat.
These are cooked in the oven, or alternatively, in an air fryer, which I don’t have, so I can only suggest it as a cooking method.
If you want more pork recipes, below I leave you some simple and quick ideas to make.

- 8 slices pork loin
- 200 g corn flakes
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 pinch fine salt
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
Tools
- 2 Bowls

Steps
To make the Pork Loin Chop with Cornflakes, first coarsely chop the cornflakes.
You can pour the cornflakes into a freezer bag, seal it, and crush them with a rolling pin.
Alternatively, you can use a blender and blend the cornflakes until the desired consistency.
Put them in a bowl.
In another bowl, beat the egg with the salt and milk using a fork until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Dip the pork loin slices into the liquid mixture.
Coat them with the cornflakes, pressing well on both sides.
Place the slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil.
Cook at 356°F for 20 minutes, turning the pork loin slices halfway through cooking.
