LOTUS CANDIED ALMONDS INGREDIENTS
- 7 oz almonds
- 1.8 oz white chocolate
- 5.3 oz Biscoff Lotus cookies
- 1 tsp Lotus Biscoff spread (or Nutella)
Tools
- 1 Baking Tray
LOTUS CANDIED ALMONDS PREPARATION
Roast the blanched almonds at 340°F for 10 minutes in the oven or air fryer.
Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie and add the teaspoon of Lotus spread or Nutella.
Pour all the creamy mixture into the bowl with the cold toasted almonds, mix well so that the chocolate coats all the almonds. Then add the finely chopped cookies.
Mix everything well again or you can put the lid on your bowl and shake well so that the cookie crumbs also cover the almonds.
Transfer everything onto parchment paper, taking care to space them a little and separate any almonds that are stuck together. Let cool at room temperature or in the fridge. Here are your Lotus-flavored candied almonds ready.
Adriana’s Advice
