Tools
- 2 Bowls
- 2 Spoons
- 3 Small Bowls
- 2 Pitchers
- 1 Electric Whisk
- 1 Bundt Pan
Steps
To make the Hug Cake without Cream, first melt the butter in a saucepan or microwave and set it aside.
In a bowl, work together the eggs and sugar for two minutes.
You can use an electric whisk, or use a hand whisk or fork.
Once you have a light and fluffy batter, add the other ingredients.
Pour the milk directly into the batter.
Add the previously melted butter, cooled.
Mix well.
At this point, start incorporating the dry ingredients. Add the potato starch and the flavor you have chosen.
Add the baking powder. Mix.
Start incorporating into the batter, a couple of tablespoons of flour at a time, until it’s finished.
Now divide the batter into two bowls. In the portion of the batter that will remain light, add the remaining 1/3 cup of flour from the recipe and mix.
In the dark part, add the 1/3 cup of cocoa and mix everything well here too.
Grease and flour a 22 cm diameter Bundt pan and pour the two batters simultaneously.
Bake at 350°F in a preheated fan oven for 35 minutes.
Do the toothpick test before removing the cake from the oven and let it cool completely before taking it out of the pan.
And here it is, beautiful and delicious.
