Stir for a moment to fully incorporate the milk with the oats.

If, like me, you decide to melt the chocolate, you can add it once the porridge is ready and let it rest in the refrigerator, between two and eight hours, covered in plastic wrap.
Or add chocolate shavings when you’re ready to enjoy it.
Let it rest out of the fridge for 10-15 minutes before eating.
