COFFEE CHOCOLATE NUGGETS INGREDIENTS
- 1.76 coffee beans
- 8.82 oz dark chocolate (milk or white)
Tools
- 1 Saucepan
COFFEE CHOCOLATE NUGGETS PREPARATION
In a saucepan, melt the chocolate using a double boiler.
Once ready, dip the coffee beans, stirring carefully to ensure they are fully covered in chocolate.
Then, using a teaspoon, take 2-3 chocolate-covered beans and place them, spaced out, on a flat surface covered with parchment paper.
Let them cool for a few minutes so the chocolate coating can solidify.
If you want thicker or more chocolate-filled nuggets, put the beans back into the saucepan with the chocolate and repeat the process.
Adriana’s Tip
Store the pralines in a tin box to keep them, or in bags or transparent boxes, also as a gift idea.
