How to enjoy Tuscan coccoli with sourdough

The most classic way to enjoy coccoli, as offered by Tuscan restaurants, is to accompany them with a very creamy stracchino cheese and Tuscan prosciutto, perhaps sliced with a knife. However, they pair well with any type of cured meat or cheese, thus appealing even to those who don’t eat meat. I’ve never met anyone who didn’t like coccoli! 😄
