  • Now add the flour and the yeast for savory cakes and mix until you obtain a homogeneous dough that tends to crumble.

  • It’s time to add the sliced olives, and knead very gently to avoid breaking the olives too much

  • With the dough obtained, now form 20 balls, which you will place, well spaced, on the baking sheet previously lined with parchment paper.

    Gently press each one in the center, then bake in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C) for 15 minutes.
