Fragrant and super soft coffee bundt cake is a delicious pantry treat! If you love coffee desserts, also try the ricotta and coffee tart and the coffee truffles, so creamy and irresistible! Today’s recipe is really quick to make; we need the classic ingredients: eggs, flour, sugar, and coffee, it’s butter-free which is why it stays soft for several days. I also added chocolate chips to the batter to make it even more delicious, but of course, if you don’t like them, you can omit them.
