- 5.6 oz roasted salted peanuts
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 1/4 cup sugar

Steps
To make the Salted Pralined Peanuts, first heat the water in a non-stick pan for one minute.
Then add the sugar and stir over medium heat with the help of a manual whisk until it’s dissolved.
Two minutes will be enough, always stirring.At this point, add all the peanuts together.
Never stop stirring.
Slowly, the color of the syrup will change, and foam will form on the surface.
Lower the heat.
Continue stirring with a silicone spatula until the syrup is absorbed.
Spread the mixture on a baking tray with parchment paper, pour it, and continue to mix, spacing the peanuts well with the help of a spatula, until it cools down.
Store in airtight jars, out of the fridge in a cool place away from heat sources.
