At this point, we can add the condensed milk, incorporating it gently with a spatula from the bottom upwards.
Let it rest in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
In the meantime, blend the cookies very finely.

Add the cookies to the bowl with the cream and condensed milk and mix gently.
Transfer the mixture into a clean and dry container.
Close well with a lid and let it rest in the freezer for at least 8 hours.
In my case, ice crystals did not form, but to avoid this inconvenience, you can still stir the mixture with a steel spoon once it has solidified, from time to time.
Take it out of the freezer a moment before enjoying it because, without thickeners, it will be immediately soft and ready to use.
