Ingredients for about 7-8 crepes

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsps sunflower oil
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Steps

  • To prepare the crepes, take a large bowl and crack the eggs into it, mixing them with a hand whisk. Pour the milk slowly and continue to mix.

  • Add the two tablespoons of oil and mix the liquids again with the help of the hand whisk. Also, pour the flour into the bowl by sifting it and mix the entire batter well until it is smooth. Cover the batter with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for at least half an hour.

  • Retrieve the batter for your crepes. In a pan, mine is 8.5 inches in diameter, melt a knob of butter and pour the batter using a ladle. Cook the crepes for a few minutes on each side; you should flip the crepe when you see it solidified. Remove the cooked crepes and stack them on a plate. They’re ready to be filled with sweet or savory, how will you try them?

… Vane’s tips
