Ingredients
- 30 Pavesini Gli Originali Cookies (3 single servings)
- 1 cup mascarpone
- 2 cups vegetable whipping cream
- 1.8 oz white nougat
- 1.8 oz dark chocolate (for the filling)
- 0.5 cup powdered sugar
- 2.8 oz dark chocolate (for the topping)
Instructions
To prepare the nougat brick, use a loaf pan as a mold, line the bottom of the mold with plastic wrap and set aside.
Start by whipping the cream until it’s nicely firm, set aside one-third for the final decoration of the brick. Add the mascarpone and powdered sugar and continue to work with the electric whisk to obtain a soft and homogeneous cream.
Finely chop the nougat and add it to the cream, mix and refrigerate for fifteen minutes.
Chop the 1.8 oz of dark chocolate. Retrieve the loaf pan with plastic wrap, make a layer of Pavesini Gli Originali cookies at the bottom, put a layer of nougat cream on top and a little bit of dark chocolate flakes.
Make another layer with the cookies, nougat cream, more chocolate flakes, and finish with a layer of 12 cookies that will serve as the base of the brick. Seal everything with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for three hours.
Retrieve the brick, let it rest for five minutes, then flip the dessert onto a rectangular plate, gently remove the plastic wrap.
Chop the remaining dark chocolate, melt it in a bain-marie or microwave, pour it over the base of the brick once it’s slightly cooled.
Decorate the dessert with the whipped cream set aside, using a pastry bag for assistance. The nougat brick with Pavesini Gli Originali is ready to be served at the table, creamy, delicious, and easy to make!
