PUFF PASTRY BUNDLES WITH HAM, STRACCHINO, AND SCAMORZA

in

Crunchy and fragrant with a gooey and delicious filling, the PUFF PASTRY BUNDLES WITH HAM, STRACCHINO, AND SCAMORZA, are an easy and quick recipe to prepare savory bundles to serve as an appetizer or for a happy hour. I often make these rustic bundles; my kids love them, they even devour them as a snack, and if there are friends over for dinner, just double the dose, and everyone is happy! A rich and tasty filling of stracchino, cooked ham, and scamorza makes these puff pastry bundles so delicious, with a gooey and creamy filling that always wins everyone’s heart. You can also use whole wheat or gluten-free puff pastry; I filled them with ham and cheese. What would you put inside? Now follow me in the recipe; if you have a rectangular puff pastry sheet, let’s make them together right away!
