  • 2/3 cup tomato puree

Steps

  • In a large bowl, pour the flour, add the instant yeast for savory preparations and mix the powders.

    Pour the water in a thin stream and knead with a fork, also add the generous tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, and continue to knead first with the fork, then transfer the dough to the table.

  • Add the pinch of salt and work the dough on the surface with your hands until you have a soft and homogeneous dough.

    Wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge for 15-20 minutes, in this way it will become softer.

  • Meanwhile, prepare the tomato sauce, mix the puree with oil, salt, and oregano in a bowl.

    Cut the mozzarella or scamorza into small pieces.

    Take the dough, divide it into pieces all the same size, and shape them into mini pizzas by rolling out the dough with a rolling pin to mini pizzas about half a cm thick.

    Place all the mini pizzas on a baking sheet with parchment paper, top them with the seasoned puree, and bake at 375°F for 7 minutes, in the air fryer at 356°F for 5 minutes.
