Ingredients
- 13.4 oz spaghetti
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 lemon zest
- 6.3 oz Re Salmone by La Nef
- to taste parsley
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- 1 knob butter
- to taste salt
Steps
In a large pan, melt the knob of butter in a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, add the grated lemon zest, and mix.
Pour in the pan also the filtered lemon juice to avoid seeds falling into the sauce.Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted boiling water, drain them 3-4 minutes before fully cooked, finishing the cooking in the pan with a ladle of cooking water. Stir the spaghetti to create a nice creamy sauce.
When cooked, remove them from the heat, add the Re Salmone by La Nef cut into strips, more grated lemon zest, and some fresh chopped parsley.
Serve the pasta hot and creamy, a very easy, super quick, and very tasty dish!
