Zucchini are among my favorite ingredients, especially during the summer when they are most used. I prepare them in the microwave, in the oven, or in a pan if I want to make quick and easy recipes. But they are also perfect for making all kinds of main courses.

Ingredients
- 2 zucchini (medium)
- 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon fine salt (level)
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 teaspoon spicy paprika
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons cheese (grated)

Steps
To make the Spicy Paprika Zucchini Sticks, first wash and dry the zucchini.
Trim them to remove the ends and cut them in half, then into sticks.
In a bowl, mix them with breadcrumbs, salt, smoked paprika, and add the oil.
Finish with grated cheese of your choice and mix well to combine the ingredients.
Transfer everything onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, spacing the sticks apart, and bake in a preheated fan oven at 392°F for 15 minutes
The Spicy Paprika Zucchini Sticks are good both hot and cold.
