In the fourth episode aired on Channel 10 of my TV show The Kitchen of Vane, I made my delicious MARBLED CAKE YOGURT AND JAM, the recipe for the soft cake with yogurt and jam in the batter, which always gets great success whenever I post it on social media.
The marbled cake with yogurt and jam is an old recipe that I have had on the blog for a few years. I decided to propose it on TV because, besides being a very delicious dessert, it is also featured in my book ‘The Kitchen of Vane’, hence a super tested cake for breakfast and snack.
It is always a great emotion to cook for TV and to do it directly from my Lab, where, besides recording for Channel10, I create my recipes that you can find here on my blog and my social pages.

- 3 eggs
- 6.3 oz granulated sugar (brown sugar is also fine)
- 7.1 oz plain yogurt
- 2.8 oz sunflower oil
- 9.5 oz all-purpose flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 4 tbsp apricot jam (or other flavors)
- 4 tbsp plain yogurt
