- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 glass white wine
- Half glass lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- Half glass water
Tools
- 1 Knife
- 1 Cutting board
- 1 Bowl
- 1 Pan
- 1 Spatula
Steps
To prepare the Beef Strips with White Wine and Lemon, first cut the beef slices into strips.
To make the work easier, I stack them and then cut.
Place them in a large bowl and combine with the flour, salt, and pepper.
Add the freshly chopped parsley and mix everything well, making sure the flour is well absorbed by the meat.
Shake off the excess flour.
Place the garlic in a pan and sauté it in the melted butter cut into pieces for two minutes.
Add the strips and brown them for about a minute, stirring often.
Deglaze with the white wine and continue to stir to separate the meat well.
Pour the freshly squeezed and filtered lemon juice, the water, and let the liquid part reduce over medium heat, stirring often.
Once the meat and its sauce are creamy, bring to the table with the desired seasoning.
This meat is perfect to serve with balsamic vinegar and accompanied by chopped cherry tomatoes and lamb’s lettuce.
