Banana’s snack

Banana’s snack, an idea for a snack or breakfast, easy, delicious, and no-bake, a perfect alternative to my Apple snack.

For an energy boost at any time of the day, this recipe is truly perfect and you can prepare it in just a few minutes with peanut butter and honey.

To enrich it, I used whole hazelnuts; alternatively, you can use other whole or chopped nuts.

The only advice I feel like giving you is not to prepare it in advance to avoid the banana from oxidizing.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsps peanut butter
  • 2 tsps honey
  • 2 tsps dark chocolate chips
  • 4 whole peeled hazelnuts

Steps

  • To make the Banana’s snack, first, obviously peel the banana and cut it in two.

    If you like, you could also cut it into slices or pieces, but it would be more complicated to spread the peanut butter afterwards.

    Spread a tablespoon of peanut butter on each half.

    Distribute the dark chocolate chips and honey.

  • Garnish with toasted hazelnuts and enjoy.

    You can substitute it with Greek yogurt or another protein cream of your choice.
