A very easy and really delicious recipe.

Havreflarn
  • Difficulty: Very easy
  • Cost: Very economical

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 oz oat flakes
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 5 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 egg
  • to taste salt

Preparation

  • Blend the oat flakes.

    Mix them together with the flour, baking powder, sugar, melted butter, and egg.

    Create a homogeneous mixture and let it rest in the refrigerator for 45 minutes.

    Create balls, flatten them, if necessary use a cookie cutter.

    Place the cookies on a baking sheet and bake in a static oven at 250°F (120°C) for 7/8 minutes.

    Mix the softened butter with the sugar.
    Add the other ingredients.
    Make flattened balls, bake in a static oven at 350°F (180°C) for 12 minutes.
