I love the air fryer and it’s now hard to do without it. I’m always experimenting with something new, and today I decided to prepare and present to you the stuffed gnocchi in the air fryer.
An incredibly easy, quick recipe suitable for an appetizer, snack or a break. The stuffed gnocchi does not need to be boiled in water, so for those with little time, it’s the perfect recipe. They’re even better than chips. They make a delicious and tempting finger food, perhaps accompanied by various dips of our choice. A homemade mayonnaise is perfect.

STUFFED GNOCCHI INGREDIENTS COOKED IN AIR FRYER
- 1.1 lbs potato gnocchi (stuffed)
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- to taste chili pepper
- to taste dried oregano
Tools
- 1 Air fryer
STUFFED GNOCCHI PREPARATION IN AIR FRYER
Put the gnocchi in a bowl and season with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
Adjust with salt and pepper, then add a pinch of chili pepper and if you prefer, some dried oregano. You can also add some breadcrumbs to make the gnocchi a little crunchy!
Mix and place the gnocchi in the basket of the air fryer.
Cook at 392°F for 15 minutes, shaking the basket several times. If you want the gnocchi crispier on the outside, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve them hot, although they are also excellent at room temperature.
Adriana’s Advice
Do not add salt if the gnocchi filling contains speck or other cured meats.
