- 1 package puff pastry (rectangular)
- 400 g cream cheese
- 6 slices bacon
- 4 eggs (medium)

Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Spread out in a baking pan, keeping the packaging protection, our rectangular puff pastry.
Use a fork to prick the puff pastry all over, then spread the cream cheese like Philadelphia evenly.
Season with salt and pepper.
Lay the slices of bacon on top of the cheese in the pan, then bake for about 25 minutes.
After this time, remove the pan and randomly break the eggs on top.
Bake again, leaving the quick savory pie for brunch for another 10 minutes, or according to your oven’s characteristics.
Remove the pie and sprinkle with chives here and there.
Let it cool slightly and serve at the table.
