INGREDIENTS FOR CREAMY PACCHERI WITH CHERRY TOMATOES, SAUSAGE, AND CHEESE
- 10.5 oz paccheri
- 30 cherry tomatoes
- 0.42 cup tomato puree
- 0.88 lbs sausage (fresh)
- 7.05 oz cream cheese
- to taste salt
- to taste basil
- 1 glass dry white wine

PREPARATION OF CREAMY PACCHERI WITH CHERRY TOMATOES, SAUSAGE, AND CHEESE
Finely chop the shallot or onion and once poured the oil into the pan, fry everything.
Add the crumbled sausage and sauté in the pan for a few minutes with the shallot. Deglaze with white wine and let it evaporate.
At this point, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the pan. Cook for 5-6 minutes, then add the tomato puree and continue cooking for 10-15 minutes. Add a few leaves of fresh basil.
Meanwhile, bring water to a boil in a pot, add coarse salt, and pour in the paccheri. Cook the pasta slightly al dente to toss it at the end in the pan with all the ingredients.
In the saucepan with the tomato, add some pasta cooking water if necessary, and once the pasta is ready, add it to the pan and toss for a few minutes.
At this point, add the creamy cheese, stir well, and serve with a basil leaf.
