Ingredients to make Tasty Swirls with Roasted Peppers

  • 1 rectangular puff pastry roll
  • 3 roasted peppers (calories calculated on 200 grams of roasted peppers)
  • to taste Salt

  • to taste chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Preparation of Tasty Swirls with Roasted Peppers

  • Take the roasted peppers, cut them into strips, and season with extra virgin olive oil, salt, crushed garlic, and parsley, then mix everything well in a bowl. Take the rectangular puff pastry, unroll it, spread the seasoned peppers on top, and roll the puff pastry from the wide side, using the paper that comes with the puff pastry package to roll it tightly. Place it in the freezer for at least 10 minutes, then cut it into finger-thick slices and position them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
