The super tasty vegetarian fritters are born from the idea of wanting to fry something as an appetizer, but with a different base mixture.
I started adding ingredients, and in the end, these incredibly delicious fritters came out.
Surely, people who love to eat only vegetables will love this recipe, and yes, they are fried, and we always talk about avoiding fried foods, but this is also another way to make children eat vegetables!
Kids, like everyone, love fried foods, but if this means also letting them taste vegetables and then suggesting them in lighter versions later, so be it.
Just get some vegetables like those listed in the ingredients, and preparing the mixture is really simple.
Follow my instructions and let’s make the super tasty vegetarian fritters together!
Just make sure to make the frying dry enough not to have a product too loaded with oil.
Follow the recipe and if you replicate it, or replicate other recipes on my blog, send me the photos, I will post them on my FB page under your name.
