The Nutella swirls are very reminiscent of the ones you can buy, but with the difference of a truly superior taste, then in these, we find alchermes and the quality of the product… shall we talk about it?
Personally, recreating commercial recipes in a homemade way gives me great satisfaction, considering that they have no preservatives and above all, we know what we put in our mouth.
Have you ever tried to make this super greedy dessert?
There’s a huge problem… if you’re not careful, you’ll eat them all, they are too delicious!!!
Great for your children’s snack, but also for adults.
Unfortunately, I love it, but being caloric, you have to regulate yourself, but a little deviation is needed now and then, so try to make this delicious dessert by following my recipe and you’ll see how tasty it is!
Try to make my recipe and if you like, send me the photos and I will put them on my Facebook page with your name.

Ingredients for making Nutella Swirls
- 3 Medium eggs
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- 3 tablespoons All-purpose flour
- 7 oz Nutella
- 3.5 fl oz Alchermes
- 3.5 tablespoons Powdered sugar
Preparation of Nutella Swirls
Take a square or rectangular cake tin at least two fingers high and about 14×11 inches and cover it with parchment paper.
Beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a frothy mixture, then add the flour and mix the mixture well.
Place the mixture in the tin so that it remains at a height of about 1/5 inch.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes, checking the cooking.
It should be cooked but still light, at this point take it out of the oven, turn it over onto a sheet of parchment paper so that the base is facing you, wet it with alchermes and spread it all with Nutella.
Carefully roll it on itself starting from the widest part, so as to form a sausage.
Put it back in the oven for 5 minutes, checking that it becomes slightly browned but not too colored.
Once cooked, take it out, let it cool for a few minutes
…sprinkle a bit of powdered sugar and slice it to a thickness of about one finger.
Plate and serve.
