Red Rice with Grains

The red rice with grains is a dish I made by cooking it like a classic risotto, but what sets it apart is the addition of grains, which makes it rich in flavor.
Red rice is a variety of whole grain rice that stands out for its natural red color, with a slightly crunchy texture.
When, as in this case, the red rice is combined with grains, it creates a complete dish that promotes a balance of carbohydrates, proteins, and fibers.
It can be enriched with legumes and vegetables, so we can choose the combinations based on our imagination.
I bought the red rice already combined with grains, but you can also purchase everything individually and make your combinations; in fact, cooking times will vary based on what you buy.
It took me about 30 minutes to have the dish perfectly cooked.
If you make this recipe, or others from my blog, feel free to send me a photo of your recipe, and if you like, I will post it on my FB page in your name.
