The Valentine’s Day semifreddo is a super quick recipe to prepare in minutes, the only resting time is the freezing time which takes at least 3 hours.
I must say that I made it with some leftover cream from a cake preparation, added an egg white, amaretti cookies, mixed everything, put it in molds and in 3 hours it was on our plates.
This recipe dedicated to Valentine’s Day I propose to you this year, but in fact, I made it last year the day after Valentine’s Day and so I left it on hold on the blog.
I must say that with few ingredients you can make a good impression in the eyes of your husbands or boyfriends.
I recommend you try this super fast and delicious recipe and if you make this or any of my other recipes on my blog, feel free to send me your photos and I will post them on my fb page with your name.
