Grape Jam Tart

At my home, grape jam tart is a classic, and grape jam is the most popular.
With the amount in this recipe, you can make at least two tarts of medium size, and the calories are calculated for one tart.
The tart is a dessert that reminds us of childhood snacks, at least for me, and every time I offer it to my kids, they are really happy to have it as a snack, even though they are grown up now.
The grape jam tart is a rustic and inviting dessert that combines the sweetness of the jam with the crispness of the shortcrust pastry.
The grape jam offers an intense sweetness, with a hint of acidity that balances it all.

If you like, once cooked, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar, but this time I preferred to serve it as is.
The aroma of the tart is enveloping and inviting, perfect for serving as a dessert after a meal.
So, follow my recipe and then tell me in the comments if you liked it and how it turned out!
