Chocolate chip muffins are similar to a plum cake, round in shape with a semi-spherical dome top.
They can be prepared with fillings like blueberries, chocolate, raspberry, cinnamon, lemon, banana, orange, peach, strawberry, almonds…there’s a wide variety of choices and they’re all delicious.
With a bit of creativity, we can fill them as we wish. I love them; they are so soft and tasty. I used chocolate chips, but dark chocolate chunks that I adore are also great!
Muffins are commonly consumed in the United Kingdom, but they have become so popular that many of us in Italy make them often.
Perfect for starting the day or as a dessert, they are always appreciated.
Make them yourself by following the recipe, and you’ll delight adults and kids alike!
If you make this or any of my other recipes from my blog, feel free to send me your photos, and I’ll put them on my Facebook page with your name.
