The pizza dough with the Panasonic Bread Maker is truly a great solution; furthermore, it results in a very elastic dough that’s easy to work with.
This bread machine keeps revealing new recipes to try, really convenient!!
I am not a fan of machines that do everything on their own, except for the stand mixer which I adore and finally got over time, but this machine has truly won me over!
I’ve always made pizza dough by hand with great results, but I recommend trying it with the bread maker, which will really lend a hand.
Of course, if you want to make pizza dough without using this machine, you can do it by hand, paying attention to the leavening process.
The bread machine is extremely useful for any type of dough and, of course, for baking various types of bread directly in the machine.

Tools

Preparation of the Pizza Dough with the Bread Maker
In the bread maker pan, mount the kneading blade; in a glass, dissolve the yeast in a small amount of water taken from the amount needed for the dough.
Add the water, dissolved yeast, flour, extra virgin olive oil, and salt, turn on the machine, set menu 28, which for me is the dough-only program, press start, and the machine will start working.
The dough will work for about 45 minutes, and when it finishes, it will sound, at which point, turn off the machine and let the dough rise in the pan, or transfer it to a larger bowl.
Once the dough has doubled, you can get creative and make your pizzas.
