I often cook pan-fried pork meatballs, sometimes I use ground pork, sometimes beef, and other times a mix, but everyone loves meatballs!!!
Surely those with pork are tastier and more flavorful!!
The meatballs can be seasoned in many ways, perhaps with various spices, but they will always be delicious!!!
All you need is some ground meat, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, and rosemary to add fragrance.
I don’t know if you like spices, but if you do, you can add curry or turmeric, you’ll see how good they are!!!
Make them yourself, and especially your kids will gobble them up in one bite!!!

- 1 egg (medium)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 sprig Parsley
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese or 3 tbsps of milk
- 1.41 oz Breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 0.42 cups white wine
Tools
- 1 Frying Pan non-stick frying pan
Preparation of Pan-fried Pork Meatballs
In a bowl, place the ground meat, egg, salt, minced garlic and parsley, Parmesan cheese, and mix everything well.
Add the breadcrumbs, just enough to achieve a firm and soft mixture.
Take a non-stick frying pan, add the olive oil, and heat it up, then add the meatballs, browning them slightly all around for at least 10-15 minutes, turning them from time to time.
At this point, pour in the white wine and let it cook for another 20-30 minutes covered with the lid.
At the end of cooking, the liquid should have reduced, forming a slight sauce.
Serve with the sauce; they will be superb.
