Super Soft Cake

The super soft cake is a very simple and quick cake to make; it’s a soft and delicious cloud!
I recommend preparing it for your children’s snack or breakfast, but also for adults who can’t resist sweets.
For those with a sweet tooth, it can be filled with custard or Nutella and will become an explosion of taste.
I have made more cakes and recipes in general in the leavened category, but every once in a while, when I don’t feel like it, I make quick desserts that still satisfy everyone.
Make it too, and you’ll see how good it is!
Try making this recipe, and if you make this or any of my other recipes, send me the photos, and I’ll publish them on my page with your name.

My name is Francesca Mele, and "Lo scrigno del buongusto" is the name of my blog. I am a true Abruzzese, and after several years with a cooking website, I decided to start a blog. I have been online for a total of 12 years now, so many of you have known me for a long time! I love cooking and I am neither a chef nor a professional cook; I simply have a passion for cooking, preparing, and inventing new dishes. The recipes you find on my blog are not copied, and even the photos are not downloaded from the internet; they are my own.
