Breaded chicken steaks are a tasty alternative to eat chicken, and I assure you, very delicious.

Ingredients for 4 people
- 4 Large chicken thighs or 6 smaller ones (weight without bone about 1.32 lbs)
- 1 1/4 cups Breadcrumbs
- 1 clove Crushed garlic
- 1 bunch Parsley
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation of Breaded Chicken Steaks
Take the chicken thighs, remove the skin, cut to remove the bone, then with a knife cut to open a part towards one side and one towards the other until you create a slice of meat.
Prepare the breadcrumbs in a bowl, crush a garlic clove and add it, then add the salt, wash and chop the parsley and mix well.
Take the chicken steaks and pass them in the seasoned breadcrumbs on both sides, then take a baking tray and cover with parchment paper, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and place the breaded steaks, followed by another drizzle of extra virgin olive oil on the meat and cover with foil.
