Orange Plum-cake

My orange plum-cake is a very tasty dessert, but the plum-cake itself is always a good idea.
The orange plum-cake is a variation of the classic plum-cake enriched with the addition of orange zest and orange juice, which give the dessert a delicious citrus aroma and flavor.
Usually, this recipe includes flour, eggs, sugar, butter, baking powder, and of course orange zest and juice, but you can make some variations to the recipe, some include the addition of candied fruit or chocolate.
Follow my recipe and success for breakfast or snack is guaranteed!

My name is Francesca Mele, and "Lo scrigno del buongusto" is the name of my blog. I am a true Abruzzese, and after several years with a cooking website, I decided to start a blog. I have been online for a total of 12 years now, so many of you have known me for a long time! I love cooking and I am neither a chef nor a professional cook; I simply have a passion for cooking, preparing, and inventing new dishes. The recipes you find on my blog are not copied, and even the photos are not downloaded from the internet; they are my own.
