Baked pork ribs are a classic, yet always welcome, dish. I seasoned them with Tec-Al salt; honestly, I had never tried it before, but it has a really good taste, and trust me, I rarely trust new products.
If you want to purchase it too, go here.
This salt enhances the flavor much more than the salt we are used to using… try it to believe it!!!
Let’s season them simply with salt and rosemary, and we’ll get a great result!
Unfortunately, like all things a bit fattier, the result is always good, and the smell fills the house… these ribs were truly exceptional because they had a lot of meat and were a bit leaner than usual.
Of course, it’s always pork, so I don’t cook it too often, but the ribs are truly delicious!
If you also have the luck to find ribs at the butcher like mine, you will be truly super satisfied.
